CANCELLATION POLICY
Drop-In Classes
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class start time through your Momence account (online or in the app). Cancellations made within 6 hours of class start time are considered a late cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the class credit. Missed classes without cancellation will also result in forfeiture of the class credit. We do not offer refunds for missed or late-canceled classes.
LATENESS POLICY
For drop-in classes, dancers are expected to arrive on time. Doors are locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Dancers arriving 5 minutes late or more will not be permitted to enter and the class credit will be forfeited. This policy ensures dancers are properly warmed up and allows class to begin without interruption.
MEDIA RELEASE
Evolve Dance reserves the right to use photographs and videos from class for promotional purposes. By attending Evolve Dance, I agree to allow my image or my child's image to be used in such media.
YOUTH PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
25% due at registration (non-refundable)
25% due 60 days after initial payment
25% due 120 days after initial payment
25% due 180 days after initial payment
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The initial 25% payment is non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal reason.
Enrollment reserves a dancer’s place for the full dance season (August 31st, 2026 – June 4th, 2027) and constitutes a financial commitment for the full season tuition. Installment plans are offered as a convenience option and are not a month-to-month membership. Families who withdraw after November 1st remain responsible for the full season tuition, regardless of attendance or participation. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes or partial attendance. If a dancer misses a class, they are welcome to attend a make-up class in another age-appropriate class, subject to availability.

For the benefit of everyone attending Evolve Dance, Evolve Dance owners, instructors, teachers, or operators reserve the right to reject any participant at any time, without liability or obligation to pay a refund, in the event that they determine, in their sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the experience or compromising the health and safety of other participants. Evolve Dance is committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment for all students. In order to do so, we ask that you be kind and respectful to all other students and Evolve Dance staff.
