Studio Policies

For our drop-in style classes, cancellations or changes must be made prior to 6 hours of the start time of a class and can be done through the Momence app or by contacting us directly. We do not offer credit or refunds for late cancellations. 

For our youth programs, we do not offer refunds once semester has begun. We do not have a makeup policy if for some reason your child has to miss class. 

If you sign up for a drop-in class and do not attend/cancel your spot, you will be automatically charged a $5 no show fee.

For drop in classes and youth programs, students are expected to arrive on time to not disrupt the class. If a student is 10 minutes late or more, they will not be allowed to enter the class. We only have 1 teacher in the studio at a time, and cannot leave the class unattended. No refunds will be given. 

For our youth programs, class ends 5 minutes early to ensure we're letting the children out of class on time exactly. In order to ensure the safety of every child, we will wait outside with the children for 5-10 minutes. After 5-10 minutes, we will go inside the studio to wait while we set up for the next class. If you are continually late to pick up, a $10 late fee will be charged to your account. 

Evolve Dance reserves the right to use photographs and videos from class for promotional purposes. By attending Evolve Dance, I agree to allow my image or my child's image to be used in such media.

For the benefit of everyone attending Evolve Dance, Evolve Dance owners, instructors, teachers, or operators reserve the right to reject any participant at any time, without liability or obligation to pay a refund, in the event that they determine, in their sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the experience or compromising the health and safety of other participants. Evolve Dance is committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment for all students. In order to do so, we ask that you be kind and respectful to all other students and Evolve Dance staff.
